Synopsis

Journey to the West, Water Margin, Romance of the Three Kingdoms and Dream of the Red Chamber unfold in light and shadow. With a projector, hand-drawn silhouettes and a screen, the artists turn China’s four great classical novels into moving images and stories, finding playful new ways into these familiar texts.
